Attached below is the Bid Tabulation Results for the State of
Florida Department of Financial Services, DFS
RFP 07/08-16 for Statewide Contractors for
Specific Mitigation.
Contracts awarded under this RFP are subject to approval by
the Legislative Budget Commission (LBC) as
outlined under 215.5586,
Florida Statues. The LBC is not scheduled to meet until June 2008. A day
and time have not yet been set. The Department
of Financial Services will keep vendors awarded
under this RFP apprised of the LBC’s next
meeting date.
Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in
Section 120.57 (3), Florida Statues, or failure
to post the bond or other security required by
law within the time allowed for filling a bond
shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under
Chapter 120, Florida Statues.
